Thank you for visiting and shopping at sajaori.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days

    • Cost: Specify your standard shipping cost, e.g., Flat rate of ₹300 or Free for orders over ₹2100.

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered):

    • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days

    • Cost: 50-300

  • Overnight/Express Shipping (if offered):

    • Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days

    • Cost: 400

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes (if shipping internationally)

sajaori.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

sajaori.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

6. International Shipping Policy (if applicable)

We currently ship to within India only.

(If you ship internationally, you will need to detail your process, estimated delivery times, and any additional fees for international orders here. If you do not ship internationally, state “We currently do not ship outside of India.”)

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to verify the shipping address provided at checkout. If we are unable to validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order may be canceled and refunded.

sajaori.com will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

 

8. Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may be involved. We will replace or refund your order once the investigation is complete. Please allow up to e.g., 21 days for the investigation.
